| Yes, if for any reason you are not happy with your order you can return it for a full refund [less shipping charges] within 30 days from when the order was placed. |
Who pays the shipping to return an order? |
| If we make a mistake on your order we will cover all shipping charges to return it. If you make a mistake when you place an order, or if you just don't want the item(s) anymore, you will have to pay the return shipping. |
How do I make a return? |
| Before returning anything, please contact us for the return instructions. We ship from multiple warehouses. To assure that your credit is processed as quickly as possible we need to make sure you are returning the items to the correct warehouse. In order to receive refunds on returned goods, the items cannot be damaged, dirty, or used, and must be in their original containers in new condition with all of the contents inside. Please be sure to package your items well. Allow up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your items for the credit to be processed and posted to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, that is where your refund will be posted. If you paid with paypal, your refund will go right back to your paypal account. |
