This new technology is being used by major automotive manufacturers to replace hydrolic power steering and is now available in this unit to UTV owners. The Electra-Steer™ utilizes state of the art electronics consisting of an electric column and power control module. The result is significant reduction of manual steering effort. This product connects to your 12 volt power source and everything is included to have a bolt in installation. Only basic hand tools are needed for the installation of this unit. **The Electra-Steer™ Unit should be used in accordance with all safety recommendations of the vehicle's origional manufacturer as specified in the owners manual. This product is intended for normal vehicle operation as stated by the manufacturer and should not be used in extreme environment conditions or in competitive activities**.
