Yes, you would need the 'from 4/156 to 4/110' adapter. It's available in 1 inch or 1.5 inch thicknesses. They are sold as a pair of 2 so you would need to buy 2 pair to do all 4 tires on your machine.

Yes we carry some adapters that will do that. They are 1.5 inches thick. $119.95 for all 4. Let us know if you are interested.

4/110 is the most common bolt pattern out there so most of the adapters you see will convert from something to a 4/110. I haven't seen any that convert to a 4/137
