Upgraded Reverse Chain:
The Upgraded reverse chain that comes with this kit is made twice as strong as stock. The double reverse chain on Super ATV's tranny lets you toss it into reverse whenever you need to and it can handle thick mud and hills where your stock chain would snap.
Upgraded Pinion & Snorkel Gear
Also upgraded is the materials used on the pinion and snorkel gear set, Super ATV constructed these with 9310 alloy steel. That is the same gear material used in airplanes! The front output shaft is made with 300M, which is one of the strongest steel alloys you can get. Plus the pinion and snorkel gears are lapped, meaning they're mated and broken in together as part of the production process. Give you a smoother, cooler, and stronger running transmission.
Upgraded Pinion Bearing Retainer:
Also included is a heavy duty pinion bearing retainer. Your OEM bearing retainer is one of the biggest OEM week spots unfortunately. When not strong enough it lets your snorkel and pinion gear pull apart, overheat, and explode. The thicker design by Super ATV holds your pinion gear in place where it needs to be.
A Better Built Case:
Super ATV made their tranny stronger in all the right places but only added one pound of material over stock! The snorkel tube and axle output has 68% more metal, plus additional support ribs and gussets. Those gussets and fins also help to keep your transmission cooler! They went above and beyond building this case to be as strong and reliable as possible.

Choose Your Gear Reduction:
Want to gain some more torque on your RZR? Now is your chance while you're upgrading all of this anyway! You can choose between stock, 12.5%, 25%, and 37.5% gear reduction for your new tranny depending on your model! A bigger gear reductions means more torque for adding bigger tires and carrying more weight. It also means impressive pulling power through rough trails and deep mud pits. If you're an intense hard rider, you should consider upgrading to a bigger gear reduction!
